Chamber Leads Groups
Every business wants new customers, but networking often takes a lot of time. Whether you're a small one-man shop or a corporate giant, one of the challenges facing all businesses is continually acquiring new clients or reaching new markets with their goods and services. What if you could get a weekly review of local business happenings from 20+ professionals during a casual one-hour meeting? Guess what? YOU CAN!
Interested in joining a Leads Group? Reach out to the Chamber at 828-692-1413 or chamber@hendersoncountychamber.org to get plugged in.
Our LEADS group has been able to transform professional transaction based networking into a trusted community. We replace superficial handshakes with deep, meaningful and consistent mutual accountability. By meeting weekly we build meaningful relationships as well as professional familiarity and get to know one another on a more personal level. We actively advocate for one another’s success both personally and professionally.  Having a deeper understanding of how our members help our community and one another fosters willingness among the group to genuinely recommend and introduce those we know and care about to one another when a need arises that a member can assist with. Based on our relationships we have bult with one another we are confident in sharing our knowledge and helping others because we have full faith that those we send their way will be taken care of and treated they way we would treat each other. LEADS is truly a community within our community of trusted local professionals that have our best interests at heart and want to build a better Henderson County for all starting with each of us.Â
Amanda Gardiner, First Bank
I work with small and mid-sized businesses to improve their operations, run more efficiently and prepare for change. Basically, I come in when things feel a little chaotic and help make them make sense again. Being part of the Chamber, and especially Leads East, has been genuinely valuable for my business. I can directly point to two clients that came from my involvement and for me, that’s significant, because I typically work with about three clients at a time, so two solid clients from this group is a big deal.
What makes this group work is consistency and trust. You’re not just meeting people once, you’re building relationships with professionals who actually understand what you do and keep you in mind when opportunities come up. In addition to meeting fun and interesting people, If you’re looking for a way to grow your business through real connections, not just quick introductions, I’d definitely encourage you to check out Leads East.
