Mission: To ensure that Henderson County continues to be a great place to live, work and raise a family.

Goals:

  • Determine future needs of the Chamber and opportunities for the organization.
  • Determine future community needs and develop plans for addressing said needs.
  • Maintain an awareness of trends, forecasts and “weak signals” that foretell of future opportunities for Henderson County.

Action Steps:

  • Meet with leaders in current and emerging fields of economic importance to Henderson County to evaluate opportunities and challenges.
  • Identify appropriate partners and map strategies to address identified challenges and opportunities.
  • Lay groundwork for anticipated 2011/2012 Henderson County Forward Campaign.
